If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging (eg box). We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product. Please ensure your name and addresses are clearly visible on the return form. Returns can also be taken back to our store, please take proof of purchase with you when returning items. Please note payments made by card are refunded back onto the card used at time of purchase.If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration/sequins/jewels of some products, some beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing fault.
